**About the Opportunity**:
MDS is seeking to employ a Fixed Term Administration Officer in our CHSP Sector Support, Development and Training program until end of June 2024. This role will provide administrative and project support to the CHSP Sector Support Development Project that will assist in achieving a comprehensive and effective CHSP Sector Support and Development Project service in Macarthur, South West Sydney and Wingecarribee to enhance the quality of service provision to people who are aged.

Key Responsibilities for this position include:

- Administration assistance to trainers delivering planned training activities
- Promoting training activities, including the development and distribution of marketing materials
- Manage all data collection associated with meetings, forums and consultations
- Support the CHSP Sector Support Development and Training Coordinator to review and monitor the development of risk management strategies and safe working procedures for all activities of the project and community venues
- Assist with financial data collection for CHSP Sector Support Development and Training and update data on the monthly report

The successful applicant will have:

- Relevant Administration experience or qualifications
- Demonstrated project support experience including collection of data
- Extensive Knowledge of required computer software including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in the use of social media and web based platforms for business/promotion purposes
- Desirable: Community Services experience including: My Aged Care, CHSP guidelines and best practice frameworks
- Covid-19 Vaccination
- Current NSW Drivers Licence

The Position is fixed term until end of June 2024, and is part time 48 hours per fortnight (3 days per week - Flexible on days and times). Based primarily in Campbelltown, with the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week. This role is covered under the SCHCADS Award at a Level 3 Classification ($36.00 - $38.60 per hr) also offered is salary packaging, flexible working hours and leave loading.
