- Clerk Grade 7/8 with a salary range of $106,025- $117,363
- Temporary role available for up to 12 months based in Sydney, NSW

**About the role**

As the Project Officer, Sustainability, you will support ongoing research and projects that contribute to building sustainable 24-hour precincts. You will play a key role in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including other government agencies, local councils, and the community sector, to ensure the successful rollout of the 24-Hour Economy Strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support research into environmental sustainability initiatives as part of the 24-Hour Economy Strategy Refresh.
- Provide project management support to ensure tasks are completed on time, on budget, and meet the required quality standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors through effective communication and issue management.
- Monitor and evaluate project implementation, including risk and contingency management, to ensure successful project outcomes.

**About You**

You are passionate about sustainability and have a solid understanding of project management principles. You will bring strong communication and relationship building skills, enabling you to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. Your problem-solving abilities will help you address risks and deliver high-quality outcomes for the economy of NSW.
