**The Role**
Security and Interoperability Delivery Branch (SIDB) is seeking a Security Advisor (SA) to lead and coordinate priorities to Security Officers (SO) who are embedded in SIDB. SIDB SAs and SOs will work collaboratively to ensure security administration and security tasks are actioned in a timely matter.

The SA will be responsible for physical on-site duties; access control auditing, incident response, physical security compliance etc. There is a requirement to work on site across several Branch locations to conduct system auditing and management - safes, alarms and combinations.

The SA will lead SIDB SOs to develop standardised procedures in personnel management relating to security clearances, waivers, incident reporting and information management compliance.

**About our Team**
The Security and Interoperability Delivery Branch (SIDB) sits within the Military Systems Division in Defence Digital Group (DDG). The Branch delivers essential Military ICT capabilities achieved through working closely with capability sponsors, national and international partners international. SIDB is an enthusiastic adopter of SAFe Agile methodologies where this enables SIDB to rapidly translate new technologies into ADF capability. SIDB encourages innovation to streamline processes to unify work output and delivery.

As the Security Advisor (SA) for SIDB, you will positively and actively lead the Security Officers (SOs) embedded within multiple teams within the Branch. You will use your management experience to coordinate task and responsibilities to ensure security compliance at all times. The SA will track personnel movements relating to security clearance, reporting incidents, travel movements and all security related requirements in a streamlined structure. The SA will identify innovative change that strives for refined procedures to ultimately support SIDB SOs.
