Spence Doors offers the broad range of commercial doors and frames as well as Door Solutions and is part of the ASSA ABLOY group. **About the Role**

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the profitability and success of our products by developing effective pricing strategies and managing the product lifecycle. This is a senior role which you will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to make informed decisions that optimize product pricing and positioning. This role is based in Cheltenham.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and Implement pricing strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing opportunities and threats.
- Monitor actual cost of selling to and servicing customers at multiple levels, including product, channel, sales representative/geographic area.
- Work closely with the extended sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with sales goals and financial targets.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide input on cost implications and feasibility of new product ideas.
- Responsible for product costings and Bills of Material / Routes and product manufacturing compliance.
- Deliver new products to market through sponsorship of new product innovation projects. Ensuring they are executed in accordance with the established process, from opportunity identification, development, implementation, launch through to post launch audit.
- Ability to understand new global technologies and combine these with market trends to generate meaningful strategies that deliver against business and customer objectives.
- Provide oversight on the execution of continuous product innovation projects, in-life management projects (including VA/VE, supply chain savings, marketing, pricing and quality improvement) and end of life management projects.

**About you**

You will be able to work autonomously with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. You will be a clear communicator and an effective leader who can manage and prioritise multiple projects at once and work towards meeting deadlines, within budget.

**Key Skills Required**
- Relevant Tertiary education is preferred with 5 plus years’ experience in a similar role.
- High level of leadership, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Experience with leading, managing and driving change management
- Previous experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes will be highly regarded.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking coupled with an exceptional ability to project lead several projects simultaneously to successful outcomes.
