We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on and dynamic Head of Commercial with experience in leading either Commercial or Revenue teams, ideally in the Travel, tourism or other consumer facing industries. This role will lead the pricing and yield teams, including revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, data and analytics.
**About you**
- You’re commercially savvy with the ability to understand key financial indicators to make better business decisions
- Proven track record in successfully leading Commercial and or Revenue teams and delivering commercial value to the business
- Advanced pricing knowledge (including experience with dynamic pricing models) and sound technical knowledge across budgeting, forecasting, yield management and data analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively at multiple levels of the organisation to get things done
- CA or CPA desired by not required
- Low ego, high degree of emotional intelligence, ability to influence decision making, tech savvy and flexible
