With over 400 artists at our studios in Sydney and Los Angeles, and partner studios around the world, Flying Bark is one of the largest studios in Australia. As a **CG Lighting TD** you will work closely with compositors and creative Leads in order to achieve the creative brief set out by the VFX Supervisor. You will be able to confidently use the tools or software provided, and play a critical role in the execution and delivery of the high quality visual style of the production.

**Here's what we're looking for**:

- Minimum requirement of 5+ years production experience in 3D animated films and/or animated episodic;
- Portfolios with mature, graphic stylization of reality preferred. Somewhat in the vein of Spiderverse, Entergalactic, Arcane and The Witness [Love, Death, Robots] ;
- Experience lighting and rendering with Arnold using Katana;
- Experience in Nuke to create a pre-composite tree that combines rendered elements;
- Ability to maintain consistency of lighting across all shots;
- Ability to optimize and troubleshoot lighting and rendering problems in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work closely with the compositors to bring shots from lighting through to final while maintaining timing and production quotas given by the production coordinators.
