**The opportunity**
The Issue Resolution Team Lead is responsible for managing incidents and issues raised by the Business. Leading a team of IR Analysts, the teams primary objective is to close off each incident and to escalate potential regulatory breaches.
Further responsibilities include:
- Running workshops with key stakeholders to test, seek feedback, and implement solutions whilst adhering to all regulatory compliance obligations
- Driving bulk and/or single account restoration activities needed to complete and close off incidents
- Recording updates into platforms such as: Radar, IRD documents, Jira, and Issue logs.
**About you**
We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environments and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity. You are extremely outcome and solutions focused and have a passion for supporting and uplifting the capability of your team.
This is a key role that sits across multiple functions, therefore your strong relationship management skills will be called upon daily in this role.
In addition, you have experience in the following areas:
- Previous leadership experience
- Experience in superannuation is preferred
- SQL knowledge with proven experience in data analysis
- General understanding of Operational Business Processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
