**The Company**

Our client is an established, well recognised, global manufacturing company in Noble Park going through an exciting growth phase. With a very friendly, diverse and down to earth culture, this is a lovely opportunity to work close to home and add real value as the 'go-to' Administrator/Team Assistant for the Managing Director and senior leadership team.

**The Role**

This is a newly created role, reporting to the Managing Director but with lots of contact across the whole business. You'll provide varied and integral support to the senior leadership team and will be the central cog-in-the-wheel that keeps everything running smoothly. No 2 days will be the same as you assist with projects, help manage the office, coordinate staff and customer events, prepare documents and presentations, organise travel and assist the HR and Sales Managers etc.

**Responsibilities**
- Management support on a wide range of topics for the MD and senior management team
- Meeting support (take minutes and notes of key meetings)
- Prepare documents, correspondence and presentations
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and assist with seminars, conferences and events
- Coordinate travel and itineraries (including Visa Invitational Letters and accommodation for overseas visitors)
- Manage office supplies and consumables
- Facilities support (office leases, moves and changes)
- Assist with the set-up of company events including ordering lunch/refreshments etc.
- Ad hoc projects for the MD, such as research and analysis for reports
- Ad hoc support for the HR Manager, such as new staff onboarding, preparing contracts and letters of offer etc

**Skills and Experience**

This is a hands-on role requiring a broad range of office skills and experience, a confident, friendly and outgoing nature and a flexible, can-do attitude. We're looking for someone who's comfortable to liaise with senior managers and organise high-level meetings while at the same time, being happy to role up their sleeves and jump in to help with projects and events etc. Strong MS Office skills are essential together with knowledge of OneNote, Teams and Sharepoint.
