**Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to)**:

- Convert prospective leads into new clients and communicate our benefits effectively
- Develop new opportunities within existing client base
- Excellent phone manner and ability to build rapport with customers
- Enthusiasm and desire to make outbound sales calls
- Strong ability for decision making, attention to detail and problem-solving
- Effective time management and organisation skills is a must
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to learn a variety of operating systems and CRM
- Have a strong interest and passion for financial markets
- Knowledge on MT4/5 trading platform is a plus but not essential
- RG146 compliant is a plus but not essential

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience in similar industry
- Knowledgeable in FOREX, CFDs or Cryptocurrencies would be an advantage
- Sales driven person
- Good financial knowledge
- Self-motivated and target driven person
