**The Opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in the development of nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.

We are looking for a Resource Planner to join our Major Projects team supporting our Powering Tomorrow Together (PTT) program. This program is focused on achieving cost benefits through overall program acceleration across our Major Project portfolio. To deliver this commitment, PTT provides economies of scale via a unique programmatic approach to contract partnerships to increase the certainty of access to supply chain, skilled resources, and reduced costs while driving innovation.

The Resource Planner is responsible for consultative and analytical support to senior leaders, managers, and project managers across major projects to address workforce planning strategies. The role has immediate focus on providing data analysis on workforce analytics, forecasting demands with the ability to inform workforce decisions and align divisions with talent capabilities strategic priorities and annual business plan requirements.

**About You**:

- Relevant tertiary degree with experience in resource planning/strategic workforce planning or related role and experience
- Minimum 10 years in relevant experience.
- Advance skills in Excel and PowerBi experience is desirable.
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong stakeholder management skills, natural capabilities to build trusted relationships, ability to influence senior management and make strategic decisions.
- Assertiveness and ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders at different levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
