This role will suit someone who has hands-on analytics experience and enjoys solving complex problems.

**In this Consultant role, you will**:

- Support the timely analysis and remediation of customer events by:

- Understanding the priority and criticality of events for the Bank
- Orchestrating the sourcing of applicable data from NAB’s different data environments and systems to be used for remediation analytics;
- Highlighting potential technology process and system changes to obtain data;
- Obtaining data to identify impacted customers and required compensation;
- Provide input from a data perspective into the event triage and prioritisation of the scheduling of the event remediation work.
- Create analytical tools and models to quantify the number of customers impacted by different types of Events.
- Develop the financial calculators to determine the appropriate customer compensation to ensure customers are remediated fairly, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Continue to manage risk mitigation and compliance in all analytical activities.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Data analysis experience in a technology and data domain.
- Understanding of data visualisation and reporting tools including SQL and Python.
- Confident in interpreting data outputs, drafting reports and presenting this data into meaningful language.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Proactive when it comes to finding solutions and working with ambiguity.
