**In this role, you'll**:
be working within two areas of Sydney Trains’ Engineering and Maintenance branch: Major Works and Network Maintenance. Our teams deliver a range of major and minor construction works, routine maintenance and emergency services that ensure a safe and reliable network for our metropolitan and regional customers.
This role will see you carrying out maintenance, emergency repair and construction of works to agreed high standard and within set timeframes in accordance with Signalling Technical Maintenance plans, Signalling Construction Standards and Infrastructure Engineering Manuals.
You also understand that our network never stops so are prepared to support the network by working nights, weekends and overtime with some on-call availability as well as living away from home if required.
