Reward Analyst to join our dynamic Reward and Engagement team.


Reporting to the Reward and Engagement Manager, this position is crucial in shaping our engagement and performance strategy execution by managing remuneration effectively.

This role is a trusted collaborator to HR Business Partners and relevant stakeholders on performance, remuneration and benefits, and support projects to enhance WesTrac's Employee Value Proposition and fosters a high-performance culture.


The Reward Analyst coordinates annual reviews, analyses market data, and ensures compliance, as well as conducting job sizing and analysis.

The successful individual will also prepare reports and collaborate with internal departments to maintain data accuracy.

To be successful the following is required:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or a Business-related discipline; OR significant industry experience.
  • Performance and Reward experience is desirable however not essential if you have relevant experience and transferrable skills in HR or Finance.
  • Advanced Excel experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence and ability to collaborate.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, including webenabled performance management tools and platforms.
