Our Client:

Our client is a national Energy Infrastructure firm that specialises in Power & Gas. This market leading firm works on large scale Government projects and has played a pivotal role in Australiaâs energy infrastructure to date. They are committed to a sustainable future for the community and pride themselves on having amazing career opportunities for their employees. Due to growth, they are now looking for a Scheduler to join the team based in Guildford on a full time basis.


Your New Role:

You will be working in a team of Schedulerâs and handling all administrative tasks which includes:

  • Schedule and dispatch work to the technicians on site.
  • Develop and plan schedules 2 weeks in advance.
  • Communicate with the relevant stakeholders, provide updates when required.
  • Prioritise emergency work in accordance with the required timelines.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

      About You:

      • Previous Scheduling, Service Coordination, Administration or Customer Service experience.
      • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
