Here you'll provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of diversified business clients with complex banking needs. Use your insights, experience and expertise, along with our range of innovative products and services, to help move these businesses forward.
You will commence with an existing book of established clients with the expectation that in addition to providing excellent service to these client, you will also focus on new client acquisition as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.

Our Commercial Banking teams are proud to support a range of medium to large sized businesses across Australia. Our advanced technology solutions allow our people to provide invaluable support to our clients as we help them lead their businesses into the future.
Your team will be made up of Relationship Executives & Analysts in Box Hill who manage a diversified client base, and provide full Business & Commercial Banking solutions. The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover between $3m - $15m or $1m - $3m in commercial lending and delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and investment advice.
We work flexibly to balance the needs of the client, team and home-life.
**We're interested in hearing from people who**:
- Have solid experience in building and leading a successful Business Banking portfolio (or the desire to) and lending above $1m;
- Have a deep understanding of banking products and services;
- Are highly skilled in credit and comfortable in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers; and
- Pride themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Business Banker who is looking to step up, develop & enhance their experience within complex, high value lending and to be part of a team who are on a growth journey.
