**ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY**

Join a dynamic and rapidly growing team dedicated to bringing joy through our unique freeze-dried candy products. In this fast-paced and action-packed role, you'll help create and deliver our exciting treats to IGAs and fulfil online orders for our legendary customers. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan Weekly Freeze-Drying Runs: Assess stock levels and incoming orders to schedule freeze-drying operations.
- Product Preparation: Prepare candy products for freeze-drying, ensuring they are ready for the process.
- Machine Operation: Start and operate freeze-drying machines, ensuring correct settings are applied.
- Product Packing: Prepare freeze-dried products for packaging, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Hygiene Maintenance: Wash and sanitize equipment to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Order Fulfilment: Produce and pack online orders, ensuring they are ready for timely dispatch.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and update systems as needed.
- Workspace Upkeep: Keep the work area tidy and clean at all times.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels for packaging materials and candy products, placing orders as necessary.

**Essential**:

- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to perform tasks efficiently and consistently with mínimal mistakes.
- Capable of handling repetitive tasks with speed and precision.
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety importance in a production environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to plan ahead, stay organized, and work efficiently.
- Curious mindset with a drive to improve current processes.
- Reliable and punctual.

**Desired**:

- Knowledge of freeze dryers and their operation.
- Familiarity with inventory management and procedures.
- Experience in customer service and order fulfilment.

Pay: From $31.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 38 per week
