How you will make contributions that matter:
We are currently looking for an experienced Production Technician to join our friendly team, based at our state-of-the-art facility in Erskine Park.
- Oversee the operations of multiple production lines and world-class automated equipment.
- Setting up of machines and ensuring all production procedures are adhered to, enabling safe and efficient operations.
- Ensuring the highest level of Safety and Hygiene process adherence.
- Trouble shoot - assist with general mechanical maintenance & fix minor mechanical problems.
- Working to set production schedules and quality targets to effectively achieve operational targets.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn multiple operational areas around the site to develop your skill set. These roles will work on a rotating shift pattern, alternating fortnightly.

About you:

- Qualification in a relevant area of competency, e.g., manufacturing, engineering, food/dairy processing.
- Production experience within the food manufacturing industry.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to work with highly automated, computerized machinery.
- Excellent interpersonal, Practical computer skills; SCADA operation experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to be flexible under changing environment, workloads, and timelines.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Forklift License is desirable.
