**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Integration Lead or Senior Developer to grow their leadership profile and technical skills in a complex environment that is both challenging and rewarding. This role offers a flexible work environment and the opportunity to join a high-performing team that values knowledge sharing and service excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Put the University First by acting in the best interest of the organisation to deliver an optimal business outcome and provide service excellence.
- Ensure the provision of quality integration services that are reusable, timely, consistent, efficient, and secure with a high level of integrity.
- Lead and educate a team to ensure they have the knowledge and resources they need to delivery optimal results.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders including Developers, SME’s and vendors.
- As a scrum master, work with the product owner to manage the pipeline within the team to ensure optimal delivery and that deadlines are met.

**Who we are looking for**
You have highly developed integration skills and knowledge developed through executing complex programs of work, coupled with excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills that enable you to develop strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. You are an effective leader able to motivate and coach a team to deliver exceptional results with a customer-focussed, continuous improvement mindset.

You will also have:

- Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards graduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training/knowledge and skills.
- Previous certification, training and/or experience in integration middleware products such as Boomi or Talend, and/or other contemporary enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience in maintaining cloud-based enterprise integration environments to ensure availability and operational objectives are met, including coordinating change, configuration, and release management process.
- Broad knowledge of technical concepts and excellent problems solving skills as to lead a team by example. Previous experience and/or certification in Scrum Master.
