**YOUR ROLE**

We have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join the team, this role plays a pivotal part in advancing the digital transformation of CGU.

As part of the Broker Relationships team, your role will centre around enhancing digital connectivity and ensuring efficient interactions between key stakeholders. You will also identify opportunities for digital connection with brokers, as well as lead, facilitate and execute plans wherever broker platform or technology is a key enabler for transacting business or improving operations.

This is a permanent role, can be based in any major city in Australia.

(There will be some travel required to client sites and to take part in team strategy or training sessions. IAG supports hybrid working combining the advantages of office-based collaboration, and home-based work focus and flexibility).

**ABOUT YOU**
- Extensive experience working in General Insurance or financial services.
- Tertiary qualification/s preferred.
- Strong and proven track record of relationship management and account management
- Good understanding of underwriting and claims handling
- Strong understanding of insurance financials and commercial acumen
- Experience with brokers or insurers in digital delivery, sales or service.
