To support the Executive Office through the undertaking of administrative tasks relating to organisation-wide databases.

**About The Role**

We are currently seeking a Database Support Officer to predominantly provide administrative support for the organisation’s document management system (PROMPT) and associated processes. The incumbent will also be provided with the opportunity to support processes relating to credentialing of medical staff. This is a permanent part-time position with the ability for flexible working arrangements.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate a flexible, can do attitude, with strong organisation, communication, time management, accuracy and accountability skills as the role requires you to be consistently up to date and efficient. To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- High level of attention to detail
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Ability to use initiative and to be proactive
- Current and satisfactory Police Check
- Current and satisfactory Working with Children Check

Previous involvement with administering a document management system is highly desired.
