Office Coordinator

A position has opened up for an Office Coordinator, being the first point of contact at our **Melton office. **This role will be involved in all-around office coordination, reception and administration.
This is a full-time position and there will be complete on-the-job training.
**Roles & Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:
- Social media management of the office social media accounts
- Ensure supplies and stock levels are maintained
- Ensure office cleanliness and meeting room preparation
- Arrange celebrations for birthdays, anniversaries and seasonal events
- Upload property listings online and update property status
- Prepare agents with documentation for appraisals, open inspections, auctions, etc.
- Prepare property write-ups
- Arranging photographers for the properties
- General ad-hoc administration duties, as required
**Skills and experience required**:
- Experience in fast-paced customer service environments
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Quick learner: willing to learn new processes and procedures and follow directions.
- Willing to provide valid Police Check
