**Position Overview**:
As the Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff to achieve project objectives with excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the civil contracting industry, with a track record of successfully delivering TMR and RMS projects.
- Strong understanding of government regulations, industry standards, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
