Bookkeeper/office Manager

We are small family restaurant company which comprises 2 restaurants, a bakery and other small businesses.

Our Office is based in Noosa Heads.

We are looking for a book keeper who has knowledge of:

- Xero system
- Basic financial reporting
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Data Entry
- Payroll
- Superannuation returns
- PAYG & BAS preparation
- Bank reconciliations
- Award and fair work requirements

The role will also assist with general administrative duties including:

- Answering phone calls
- Assisting management with software (pos, rostering, systems management)
- Scheduling workloads
- Letter writing

Skills & Abilities:

- You must have great work ethic, have excellent written and phone skills and an excellent eye for detail particularly in relation to finances.
- Minimum 3 years experience in bookkeeping
- Xero competent including category tracking
- job specific P&L's
- time sheet management with category tracking
- Advanced knowledge of MS excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written verbal and communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Be a team player and have flexibility
- Restaurant/Hospitality industry experience and knowledge

The role will be based in our office at Hastings St with some work from the Noosaville office.

The role is very independent but there is an expectation that the person has great initiative, is proactive and very trustworthy.

The role is part time. 30 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Flexible working hours available (school hours if required).

**Salary**: $49,828.44 - $105,769.32 per year
