**About the Role**

In this exciting permanent full-time role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Customer Service Manager and our eCommerce team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling various customer service inquiries, including product/order questions, replacements, and refunds, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Providing knowledgeable answers to customer queries related to products, stock availability, and shipping.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of eCommerce processes, from sales to fulfilment to customer service.
- Assisting in the picking and packing of orders for dispatch on occasion.
- Regular store visits to familiarise yourself with our products, teams, and customers better.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Experience in customer service for an eCommerce business.
- Familiarity with online shopping, orders, and returns processes and systems.
- A knack for working with modern cloud software like Google Workspace, Intercom, and other related tools.
- A sales-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of business drivers that impact sales.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A career-driven attitude, eager to grow with a company.
