Our client, a global leader in manufacturing is seeking a highly experienced **Customer Service Representative** to support their team in Port Melbourne.
**About the role**:
You will be liaising with a variety of stakeholders including builders, tradesman, to resellers and project managers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about Customer Service and Administration who is task-focused, highly organised, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a dynamic team.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Processing customer orders
- Accurately capture data in SAP and work to realistic KPI's
- Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure business compliance met the necessary requirement
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding customer enquires
- Adhoc administration
**Key skills and attributes required for the role**:
- Strong customer service experience
- Creative problem-solving approach and an exceptional eye for detail
- SAP experience would be beneficial
- Strong administration skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and cope well under pressure
- Experience in the building industry would be advantageous
