**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Oversee and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed on time and to high standards.
- Monitor progress and productivity on-site, identifying any issues or obstacles and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular inspections of workmanship and safety practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures, promoting a safe working environment for all workers on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and material deliveries.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to construction teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in construction, management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire construction teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Thorough knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
