**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the safety, productivity, coordination and work quality of a roofing trades team
- Providing regular coaching, training, evaluation and feedback
- Influence the team to work safely and be disciplined and efficient
- Communicate and manage job-specific safety plans before the start of every job, conducting job-site audits and making alterations as conditions change
- Perform installation duties as necessary
- Ensure quality of repair or installation according to specifications and plans
- Keep projects on budget
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Manage job sites, equipment and materials
- Inspect safety equipment and PPE before use each day
- Record work performed daily
- Participate in operations and customer meetings as necessary
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with punctuality, reliability, and a dedication to quality workmanship
- Currently, a Roofing Foreman or a Roof Tiler looking for their next career move
- Trade Qualfiications
- Leadership - the ability to motivate others to perform
