**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- ** Communication**: Effectively communicate with clients, office staff, crew, and suppliers.
- ** Project Leadership**: Lead major projects from inception to completion.
- ** Business Development**: Assist in identifying and driving new business opportunities.
- ** Quotations**: Produce detailed and accurate quotes for clients.
- ** Team Management**: Guide and manage teams, providing support and assistance when necessary.
- ** Safety Management**: Produce Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and ensure compliance with safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- ** Mechanical Trade (Australian recognised)**: Must have a strong trade background.
- ** Experience**: Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor.
- ** FMCG Experience**: Experience in the FMCG industry is highly regarded.
- ** Leadership Skills**: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
- ** Communication**: Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with various stakeholders.
- ** Detail-Oriented**: Ability to produce detailed quotes and SWMS.
