We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Assistant to make the move into a community-focussed Not-for-Profit business in Sydney Work with a company that is designed to support creative professionals in Australia, taking ownership of marketing activities during a big period of transformation across the company.

This role is based in Sydney CBD, however hybrid flexibility is encouraged (2 days per week in the office).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Join a dynamic and fast paced environment and become an essential part of communications plans, driving positive brand reputation, improved customer experience and driving growth
- Assist in the implementation of the communications and marketing strategy across the business.
- Assist with co-operative marketing campaigns across the brand and support the sales, members, advocacy and brand teams
- Complete assigned marketing collateral projects
- Assist with event coordination and merchandising requirements
- Monitor and ensure the business' corporate image standards are maintained on web and multimedia
- Coordinate production of corporate and marketing materials including e-marketing and advertising collateral
- Updater websites and social media platforms, working in-line with company branding guidelines
- Plan and distribute EDM's
- Assist in the production of publications in-house using desktop publishing as required, including editorial content, proof-reading and commissioning of photography and illustrations
- Support with event coordination where required

**You will need to**:

- Experience in a Marketing Assistant role or similar is essential
- Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Can commit to the required duration of the assignment
