The Jetstar Operations Control Centre (JOCC) is the nerve centre of our Australia and New Zealand airline. The team manage the logistics and daily of movement of hundreds of flights on a mixed fleet of aircraft, hundreds of Jetstar crew, tens of thousands of passengers 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

The JOCC consists of team members who specialist in operations, crewing, flight dispatch, customer recovery and aircraft maintenance. Each group use real-time operational information and work collaboratively to maintain schedule integrity and ensure that our customers are delivered safely and timely to their destination.

As a **Crewing Duty Supervisor**, you will be responsible for supervising Jetstar’s “Day of Operations” Crewing functions. You will provide tactical and operational leadership on shift, proactively anticipate and respond to events that may impact operational integrity, and ensure all Jetstar flights are resourced efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with all regulatory rules. This role plays a vital role in driving daily output from the Crewing Team to ensure business strategies are maintained, and performance issues are raised. Reporting to the Manager of Crewing Operations & Planning, you will take direction and necessary steps to mitigate disruption to the flying program.

**To be successful in this role, you’ll have**:

- Preferred aviation related degree or relevant Airline experience
- 3+ years of Crewing of Crew Planning experience
- Outstanding people-management skills with the ability to lead by example and mentor crewing officers
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks in order to meet strict deadlines and OTP, and an inherent ability to liaise and maintain relationships effectively at all levels
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Proven ability to develop effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of Crewing Systems and Rules
