We currently have a vacancy for a Admin All Rounder based at our Roma and Toowoomba Depots.

Wards Transport are the market leaders in the Western Queensland Transport & Logistics market with depots in Roma, Charleville, Toowoomba and Brisbane.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are currently looking for 2 Administration All Rounder’s to support our Toowoomba and Roma depots.

We’re looking for a dynamic worker with strong administration skills and a “can-do” attitude.
- General administration Experience in administration
- Ability to work in a high volume, process-driven and systems enabled environment
- Ability to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and as a member of a team
- Liaise with drivers and fleet for times and pick ups
- Liaising with clients and staff on deliveries and pick ups
- Cross checking all documents and notes
- Supporting the operations team in general adhoc duties for logístical coordination

You enjoy supporting this friendly team, you are a motivated and positive self-starter, a collaborative individual that loves helping others and you will pride yourself on your exceptional customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, strong attention to detail and at least 12 months’ administration or extensive customer service experience is essential.
- Can-do attitude with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to work autonomously and to meet deadlines & satisfy customer requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills

Experience in a similar role within the industry would be highly regarded, but not essential.
- Have own reliable transport
- Manual Drivers Licence
