One of our clients is a National Shopping Centre Owner who self manage the assets they own. The other is a Global Real Estate Provider, representing an National portfolio of Shopping Centres on behalf of the owners.

Capstone is cureently recruiting on their behalf; Facilities Managers OR Operations Managers for 3-6 Neighbourhood Centres in Western Sydney depending on your experience.

**Facilities Manager**
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will undertake traditional responsibilities including management of Hard & Soft Facilities Services. Ensuring
- Building Fabric & Services compliance including WHS,
- Contractor Management & CAPEX
- Retailer engagement

**Your background**
Experience in a similar Facilities Management role for a Shopping Centre is expected. You will have demonstrated capabilities in
- managing contractors
- identfying public space risks and promptly managing issues,
- delivering customer service excellence.

Building Services Trade backgrounds will be highly regarded.

**On Offer**
This can be seen as a development opportunity, or sideways step to a better environment and / or location.

Remunerations is $100K to $150K Package, depending on your experience.

Due to the scope of the client's portfolio of Shopping Centres, you will gain opportunities for career advancements as well as opportunities to relocate if desirable.
