Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes and strategies to achieve operational excellence, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead and contribute to strategy development and performance improvement across the facility.
- Responsible for developing and nurturing a culture that puts customers and team at the heart of all we do.
- Collaborate with internal and external support teams to improve automation, systems, data, processes, and controls that enable improved operations.
- Lead direct reports in delivering daily throughput, across inbound, decant, pick, and despatch volumes to deliver in full and on time to our customers.
Requirements
- You will be a passionate operational leader with strong relationship and team building capabilities, who can drive a customer-first and team-first culture.
- Strong business acumen to be able to use data and insights to inform decision making.
- A successful track record of operational delivery and building successful teams in a highly visible area of operation.
- Ability to build strong relationships with partners throughout the facility.
