To support our growth aspirations, we are looking for a technical analytical marketer, someone who can support the implementation and optimization of an industry leading martech stack to enable our team to deliver a best in class marketing and lead generation program.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

With honesty, integrity and respect, you will:

- Support the development of best practice guidelines and create relevant documentation as needed;
- Partner with our Digital team to ensure strong collaboration and alignment, particularly as it relates to personalisation and lead generation;
- Manage prospect and customer segments;
- Adhere to data governance processes for all marketing communications to ensure that the relevant privacy and industry regulations are met;
- Implement contact rules with consideration to regulatory comms, research and customer engagement;
- Run spot checks for data quality and segment qualifications;
- Day-to-day optimisation of the automated program including journey design and visualisation;
- Identify opportunities and tie proposed solutions to measurable success criteria;
- Embed a personalised experience across key journeys;
- Collaborate with internal campaign owners on all deliverables.

**What you’ll bring**

Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:

- Previous experience in digital marketing;
- Proven experience maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform;
- Experience modifying, proofing, trouble-shooting HTML eDM templates;
- Experience building and executing campaigns;
- Understand complex data sets, including ability to query and segment data;
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in marketing/communications/ commerce;
- Ability to present to stakeholders in a clearly, concisely, and confidently, both verbally and written;
- Excellent problem solving skills;
- Comfortable in bringing people together to share your ideas and gather feedback;
- Committed to delivery best practice work;
- Ability to take accountability for your work and its results;
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills;
- Passion for driving customer impact and contributing to team success
- Resilient, steadfast, approachable, and collaborative;
