**Position Overview**: We are seeking a self-motivated and professional Office Administrator/Receptionist to join the IQVIA Melbourne office. This role is the main point of contact and liaison with management, employees, suppliers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love supporting a team, this role is perfect for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Be the Hub**: Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings to keep our team organized and on track, as determined by priority. Responsible for the coordination and planning of facility needs.
- ** Create Impact**: Prepare and maintain documents and reports that drive our projects forward. Independently research, compile data, and compose both routine and non-routine correspondence.
- ** Communicate with Flair**: Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Ensure that communications are promptly and accurately dispatched.
- ** Stay Organized**: Maintain accurate records, maintenance of database or track appropriate departmental information, helping us stay efficient and effective.
- ** Support the Team**: Coordinate meetings and teleconferences, office supplies and assist team members with various administrative tasks to foster a collaborative atmosphere. Book conference rooms and available offices for meetings. General management of the reception area.
- ** Be Spontaneous**: Take initiative in providing relevant data, information, back-up support materials to assist management with day-to-day operations. Manage internal payment systems (invoices).
- ** Be the Champion of Innovation**: Development and design of improved administrative procedures to promote the timely processing and submission of all administrative deliverables.
