**About you**
You are a competent and committed site-based Supervisor, who is comfortable being hands on and leading by example when managing your crew. You will work closely with the Project Manager to achieve our project time and budget objectives to the satisfaction of our all stakeholders. You will take pride in your work and your strengths will include project safety, risk mitigation and exceptional work quality.
You step up and you are known for your effective delegation and empowerment of staff. You give clarity and work with focus, all of which is underpinned by your strong practical skills developed whilst working on a variety of complex, technical concrete remediation and strengthening projects. This is a genuine opportunity to put your stamp on a growing business and become the go to person for all site related activities.
**What you need**
- Extensive experience on complex and technical concrete remediation projects (ideally in building, bridges, wharves and treatment plants)
- A sound understanding of concrete crack repair and Carbon Fibre strengthening
- A natural ability to lead and a proactive approach in mentoring the team
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to drive a strong culture

- A track record of successful projects supported by references
- A willingness to work away from home when required (travel will be a key element of this role as this is a project / site-based role)
