**Building Services Manager - Automation**

The Building Services Manager, Building Automation supports and manages the Services Operations team and manages the rollout of strategic initiatives across all campuses. This includes managing a range of strategic and operational activities including high level customer service, scheduling, auditing, timely and effective delivery of operational services, documentation of processes and procedures, cost control and contractor management, with a focus on the building automation trade.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Services, the position leads, implements, develops and manages planning, scheduling and contract management across all operational aspects of facilities management, with a particular focus on automation technology and maintenance.

**Building Services Manager - Mechanical**

The Building Services Manager - Mechanical is vital to the overall structure of the Services Operations team that supports the delivery of their strategy and operations. The position manages the Services Operations team and manages the rollout of strategic initiatives across all campuses with expert advise in mechanical maintenance of buildings. The position provides leadership and oversight in the delivery of high-level, professional services and effective achievement of BPD priorities and provides expert advice at both strategic and operational levels.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Services, the position leads, implements, develops and manages planning, scheduling and contract management across all operational aspects of facilities management, with a particular focus on all relevant Mechanical aspects.
