At OneSchool Global Maitland Campus, you'll find yourself immersed in the stunning natural surroundings of the Hunter Valley and Newcastle Coastline. **The Position**:
We have a rare opportunity for a Campus Principal to join our amazing Maitland team on a full time, permanent basis.
Commencing Term 1, 2024, with responsibility for the day-to-day management and professional leadership of the Maitland Campus, the Principal will ensure curriculum delivery focusing on the student as a self-directed learner, the implementation of the school’s policies and programs and the provision of pastoral care. Reporting to the Regional Principal (NSW) and supported by an experienced Executive Team with expert and high-level support in the areas of Curriculum, Administration, HR, Finance, ICT, Property and WHS, the Principal is a key member of the senior educational leadership team, providing educational and academic leadership to staff and students.

**About You**:
Possessing previous leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant/Deputy Principal, campus leader or an equivalent level in curriculum development or teaching and learning, the Principal will have a solid understanding of Australian curriculum requirements across Years 3-12 and experience building and managing positive working relationships with staff, students, and parents.
