**The Client**:
Our client is a statutory authority established to administer a portable long service leave scheme for eligible workers in the building and construction, contract cleaning and community service industries.

The client operates with Board governance, which provides the financial skills necessary to ensure the longevity of the schemes and includes employer and employee representatives.

**The Role**:
8 month contract to 30th November, 2023.

The client is a values driven organisation and is seeking people who will passionately uphold our values, providing excellent customer service to levy payers, workers and employers in the industries within which they operate.

**Using your understanding and experience in compliance, you will**:

- Process levy revenue and project finalisation using the customer relationship management and finance systems
- Reconcile and assess the project accounting information provided by stakeholders against their project notification
- Provide accurate and timely advice to customers and other stakeholders about the organisation’s role and the services the client provides
- Communicate face-to-face, in writing and via telephone with customers and other stakeholders in a clear, professional and polite way
- Support the day to day administrative and processing requirements of the levies team
- Promote the organisation’s role and the services the client provides to customers and other stakeholders to improve awareness of the schemes they administer
- Ensure correct processes are followed by clients and report and/or follow up on non-compliance
- Accurately update and maintain registers of customer information, files and records and record issues and keep file notes in accordance with work procedures
- Suggest improvements to systems, work practices and processes
- Build and sustain positive productive team relationships to support a changing business environment and customer needs and expectations
- Communicate clearly, concisely and openly using an adaptive style and approach
- Assist with managing the incoming calls to the levies team.

For this role, we will consider how well you:

- Work with figures to process calculations
- Interpret project accounting information
- Suggest improvements to systems, work practices and processes
- Build and sustain positive productive team relationships
- Think critically and be able to identify high risk, in terms of inaccuracy or false information, notifications to the client and escalate these for further investigation
- Communicate clearly, concisely and openly
