**Our Client**:
Positioned in a convenient location within The Hills District, our client is one of the top performing agencies in their locale and we are on the look-out for a Property Officer to add value to our clients' stellar rental team.

As a Property Officer, you will be highly organised, self-motivated and driven to succeed within your role, which will be supported by a Head of Department.

**About the role**:

- Coordinate Maintenance of properties as requested
- Conduct outgoings inspections including finalising bonds
- Lease preparations, renewals and rent reviews
- Communicate with tenants and landlords on a regular basis, ensuring both are well informed
- Assist leasing team with open homes and ingoings as required
- Maintain and manage all data entry and forms of correspondence (Ad-hoc administration)
- Manage day to day operations of the property portfolio

**About you**:

- Experienced in Real Estate - PM preferably but Sales Juniors will be considered
- Must hold a Certificate of Registration/Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Highly organised with an exemplary eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously
- 2 + years experience of Administration within similar capacity
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must own a car and hold a current driver's license
