**Job Introduction**
We currently have a new opportunity for an experienced Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.
**No Cleaning experience is required**
- **Role Responsibility**
Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Taking minutes
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers
- Arranging both internal and external events

Pay: $25.08 - $30.00 per hour
