Our Client:


In this role, you will be highly organised, self-motivated and driven to succeed with your team, which will be supported by a Head of Department.


About the role:

  • Coordinate Maintenance of properties as requested
  • Conduct outgoings inspections including finalising bonds
  • Lease preparations, renewals and rent reviews
  • Communicate with tenants and landlords on a regular basis, ensuring both are well informed
  • Assist leasing team with open homes and ingoings as required
  • Maintain and manage all data entry and forms of correspondence (Adhoc administration)
  • Manage day to day operations of the property portfolio

About you:

  • Experienced in Real Estate
  • PM preferably but Sales Juniors will be considered
  • Must hold a Certificate of Registration/Class 2 Real Estate Licence
  • Highly organised with an exemplary eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously
  • 2 + years experience of Administration within similar capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must own a car and hold a current driver's license
