Are you a marketing or event coordinator? Or perhaps a marketing, events or sales EA looking to use your experience and broaden your skills set within a small dynamic team environment?

We are searching for an experienced marketing/administration coordinator and all-rounder to join our busy professional team. The main objective of this role is to support the marketing team in achieving their objective to grow IGT’s commercial viability and brand throughout Australia and New Zealand.

IGT is the world leader in the design, development and manufacture of gaming products and systems. IGT Australia is a dominant force in Australia and New Zealand and we provide a range of gaming products, systems and services to the Club, Hotel and Casino industries.

**Key requirements for this role**:

- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- 5+ years marketing and/or business administration or similar experience - logistics/project coordination, promotional/event coordination (conferences & trade shows) and business day to days (accounting).
- Demonstrated administration skills and marketing skills, including brand management, communications, events project management and digital marketing automation tools.
- Proven ability to manage, maintain and nurture internal and external relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects/tasks and prioritise workload to meet agreed objectives and deliverables.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and demonstrated use of Adobe Design Suite - particularly Illustrator and Photoshop - and digital marketing automation tools - highly regarded.
- Exposure to CRM systems would also be advantageous.

The successful applicant with have interactions with all levels of staff across our business, and more importantly, will be dealing directly with many of our major clients and suppliers.
