- based models to change lives? Come join our team in Campbelltown as a Family Practitioner and keep families together and prevent children entering Out of Home Care.

The purpose of the Family Practitioner is to provide intensive therapeutic services to children, young people and their families with serious and/or complex mental health, behavioral and/or emotional needs to maximize their developmental potential. You will deliver the evidence-based model for families of children aged 0-17 years within the family's home environment across the Campbelltown region.

Be a part of that change, the journey and set the family up for success.

As a Family Practitioner you will be delivering Functional Family Therapy working with young people aged between 0-17 and their families in their homes

**Who we are looking for**:

- Tertiary qualification in Counselling, Social Work, Family Therapy, Psychology or community services /mental health
- Previous experience in a therapeutic environment
- Knowledge & experience working within the out of home care sector would be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to build relationships and rapport with families and young people
