We at Medfuture are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join the expanding team of our client If you'd want to start working sooner, they have flexible hours and a welcoming workplace environment. You will deal often with a range of clients, families, and other stakeholders, therefore you must have strong communication skills. You must be a team member who can work well with other teams and keep cordial connections with everyone at the Western Sydney medical facility.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Completed a recognized tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
- Professional experience in the relevant field as an Occupational Therapist
- Unrestricted work permit
- Compliance with relevant state government health mandates
- Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders and be able to demonstrate and validate repeat referral sources
- Police clearance and Working with Children’s check
- Experience delivering services in NDIS / Community specialty area is an added advantage

A supportive multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, psychologists, speech pathologists, and behavior support practitioners who work at our client's clinic in Western Sydney, New South Wales, offers a comprehensive therapeutic service across numerous clinics. This clinic is a long-standing organization that is currently providing therapeutic services to over 2000 clients and is rapidly expanding through the provision of general therapy services and the expansion of their support and training programs. They are expanding their staff of therapists as a result of their quick growth and expansion. With a team of over 60 employees and four sizable interdisciplinary clinics in addition to a head office, they provide a flexible and enjoyable work environment that provides you with the resources and encouragement you need to succeed.
