**The exciting opportunity**:

- This fantastic role is very purpose driven, utilise your knowledge and experience to make a difference
- Responsible for the development and implementation of quality programs and initiatives
- Inspire, guide, support and mentor a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and services
- Manage client referrals, support planning and ongoing assessment / reviews to ensure appropriate service provision for clients and carers
- Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and develop services in line with governing quality standards
- Provide interim support to clients within the day centre, ensuring effective delivery of care services
- Positively promote the organisation and their services to stakeholders and the community to develop new partnerships, and maintain their reputation as a provider of choice
- Report into a dynamic, passionate, supportive and innovative Executive Manager of Care

- Experience working with people living with dementia, in either aged care or community settings

- A confident, motivated, adaptable and hands on professional
