**A little bit about the position**:
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of your Executive's schedule and day-to-day activities. A business that handles high-stakes deals with precision and enthusiasm, they are looking for a bright individual who will make a massive impact.

**What will your day look like?**
- Adding meetings and events that come into the inbox directly to your Exec's calendar
- Five days in their Eastern Suburbs office
- Arranging travel, locally, domestically or internationally
- Anticipate the needs of partners and proactively address any potential challenges
- Taking admin tasks off your Executive so they can put more focus into the growth of the business
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and tasks
- General office admin overflow with precision and attention to detail
- OUTSTANDING communication skills, you're a real people person and connect with people effortlessly
- Self-starter who takes initiative and is happy to take on extra tasks to support
- Your attention to detail is top-tier
- Proven ability to work autonomously and prioristise tasks effectively
- Experience dealing founders, banks, HNWIs favoured
- Someone who wants to grow alongside a hustling business with a great attitude and the drive to succeed
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, and organise and maintain files and records
- Bubbly, outgoing personality that is happy to work hard and play hard
