- Supporting 2 x principals in the commercial property team
- Calendar management
- Drafting of legal documents/correspondence
- Liaising with clients and building strong rapport
- General administration support to the other lawyers in the team when needed.
- Meeting and greeting clients, ensuring to create a professional, positive and comfortable experience

**Requirements**:

- **MUST HAVE** at least 2-3 years EA experience in Law Firm
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Full time position, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
