We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Advisor. You would be joining an established organisation within the Professional Higher Education sector based in the heart of Sydney CBD.
As part of the Customer Engagement Team, this role will actively play a critical part in achieving growth and customer retention. You will have direct contact with potential students and provide advice on training options and study requirements.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:
- Ensure CRM is up to date for all leads and enquiries
- Assist the Student Services Team to answer incoming calls when needed
- Retaining loyal customers through creating long-lasting customer relationships
**Who you are**:
- Must have proven experience in sales, business development or working in a call centre environment
- Great communication and rapport building skills
- Driven and happy to work with targets and KPIs
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM systems and processes software, and strong typing skills
- Salesforce experience (desired but not essential)
