**About the Role**

The Administration Officer will assist with the operation, development, and expansion of the Family Day Care program. As the first point of contact, this position provides customer service and administrative support for Council’s Family Day Care Service, ensuring that all elements of the service operate efficiently and effectively, and in accordance with the childcare requirements of the Australian and Victorian Government, Department of Education, Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Compliance, the Education and Care Services National Regulations, and Baw Baw Shire Council.

Knowledge of the Early Childhood Education and Care sector would be well regarded. However, as long as the right applicant is keen to learn, they can be mentored in this space.
